St Albans Circle is about fund raising within the local community and socialising with a group of ladies all between 18-45 all with variant backgrounds. This is a great way to meet new people and make new friends!
I hope the website gives you an idea of what St Albans Circle have been up to, and 2010 looks like it will have lots more to offer too. It’s a great time to think about joining as the club has just come to the end of its circle year, so it’s all change, we have a new club chair, and lots of new people taking on various roles with new and exciting ideas. Some of the highlights coming up are a charity quiz night, getting to know the new chair evening and lots of social plans, as the days get longer and the sun starts to shine!!
I joined the group, because I knew a couple of the members, they kept telling me about all these exciting and different things they were doing, so I went along for a ghost walk and a Burlesque evening. Although there were so many new faces to get to know, everyone makes you feel very welcome and it doesn’t take long to feel part of the group.

St Albans Circle is also fully aware that everyone has busy lives, whether it is with work, family or both!! And everything we do is designed for people to commit as little or as much as they can, with no pressure which is great for me, as everyone needs a good balance in their life.
Now a little over six months later and I’ve taken over the membership role, and looking forward to the circle year ahead, with lots of social opportunities and raising money for The Paul Strickland Scanner Center.
